"One Victory Leads to Another" (UVLO) is an empowerment program for girls, adolescents and women in their socio-emotional skills, their autonomy capacities, knowledge of their rights, and in the development of their life projects. To do this, it uses sport with a gender perspective as a tool to reduce violence. It has been proven that sport increases adolescents' confidence in their abilities. At the same time, it generates a wide range of development outcomes, from health to education, leadership, life skills and the exercise of their rights.

UVLO is a joint initiative of UN Women and the International Olympic Committee (IOC), in alliance with the international organization Women Win. In Argentina, the local partners are the organizations FEIM and SES, and the Government of the City of Buenos Aires.
